Seafield Snippets Friday 30th January 2026
Another great week here at Seafield Primary School.
Many thanks to those who attended our Parent Council Meeting and to members who have attended or indicated attendance at our Positive Relationships Focus Group Meetings. Your support and ideas are hugely valued and welcomed.
At our first meeting, on Monday, we looked at the existing positive relationships guidance, including how the school deals with bullying. The next meeting date is Wednesday 18th February 2026 at 10am, feel free to come along and share your ideas.
Primary 3/4 did a fantastic job today sharing their learning about Rainforests. The children demonstrated their learning by taking the audience on a tour of the Rainforest, describing the animals found, highlighting the dangers of deforestation and sharing a number of interesting facts! A huge thank you to our families for supporting your young people to learn their lines and songs and a massive thank you to Miss White for preparing our learners so well.
Yesterday, Primary 5/6 and 6/7 invited the community disco group to join us for a wonderful and memorable Burns Supper. The community group were entertained with songs, poems, dancing and more. What a wonderful link with our fantastic community!
Have a lovely weekend everyone!
