Tickled Pink (things that we feel went well):
Primary 2/3 Friday 31st October
What a busy week we have had in P2-3 which ended with our Seafield Scares Hunger morning which we all found lots of fun!
- We worked so hard on our creativity skills by having lots of stations to visit during our Seafield Scares Hunger morning. We particularly loved painting ghosts with cotton balls and making cotton bud and paper chain skeletons.
- In Maths, we had fun making 2D shapes with playdough and naming them and during outdoor learning we went on a shape hunt.
- We looked at the Recount genre during our writing time and did some work on time connectives which will help us when we write a recount text next week.
Green for Growth (things that we need to do to improve our learning)
- When drawing 2D shapes some of the class need to use rulers to help them make better shapes.
- We learned about alphabetical order and we looked for words in dictionaries, Some of us need to work on this more,
Many of the children enjoyed dressing up this morning and they are super excited about Halloween. Have a fun weekend everyone!
