Primary 3/4 - Friday 31st October

We have had a lovely week back after our October holidays! We were all excited to be back in our class and loved dressing up today. Some of us were pretty scary!

Tickled Pink (things that we feel went well)

  • We think that we have worked really hard during Numeracy. We have been revisiting our learning from before the holidays.
  • We started a new genre of writing this week. We think that it went really well. Some of us did find this change a bit tricky but we all want to keep working on it!
  • We also started a new topic this week! We are going to start looking at Rainforests and learning all about them!
  • We really enjoyed learning about our skeletons. We stuck masking tape on us to represent our bones!

Green for Growth (things that we need to do to improve our learning)

  • Some of us found our Music this week a bit tricky. We had to work on getting our timing perfect to stay in time with the beat of the song.
  • We want to keep working on our handwriting and jotter presentation. This is something we are aiming to improve!

Our value award winners this week for being responsible is Lilidh and for being resilient is Leo! Well done!

Have a great weekend, see you all on Monday!
