Primary 5/6 - 21st August 2026

We have had a great week in P5/6 getting to know our teachers, developing our class charter and creating a class vision statement. Some us made powerpoints and some of us made posters. We are very happy to have Lucky Ducks in our class this year! Ask us more about it!

Tickled Pink

• We have been enjoying PE this week where we have been playing different Team games so that we can develop our class chemistry and get to know each other better and this helps our collaboration skills in class.
• We enjoyed making  My World of Work profiles and doing some of the tasks.
• We worked well creating our Classroom visions.
• We enjoyed or bird related art work for our Bump It Up wall.
• We planned our Luck Duck class awards.
• We enjoyed making powerpoints and posters  about what our class looks like, feels like and what we hear.
• We had great news today at assembly – We are now a Gold Rights Respecting School !

Green for Growth

• It was hard to remember all of our maths after the holidays when we did our assessment.
• Division was tricky but we will be working on this.
• It was hard getting all of our new passwords set up for Teams, IDL , World of Work and Sumdog – but we are getting there!
